February is a month short on days, but long on celebrations. The shadow of Groundhog Day has past, but now we look towards a troupe of holidays – Valentine’s Day and Chinese New Year (14th), President’s Day (15th), Mardi Gras and Pancake Day (16th) and the Olympics (12-28) – to cheer us through the next few weeks of winter.
